Magnum: Magnum were formed ten years ago and are made up of Andrew, Chris, Dave and Roy. All four guys sing with the Kingsmen Barbershop Chorus. Magnum sing a variety of songs within the barbershop style and have an extensive repertoire of ballads, swing and up tempo songs. They also have a very entertaining Christmas repertoire. The quartet has performed at a wide variety of functions, including corporate events, charity functions, wedding receptions and private parties. Magnum is a registered quartet within the British Association of Barbershop Singers and they reached the semi-finals of the British Championships in 2007. If you would like any further information about this highly entertaining quartet or would like to book them for your special event contact Andrew on : andrew779@btinternet.com Odyssey: One of our longer established quartets, ODYSSEY have recently competed in a British Association of Barbershop Singers national competition where they came a creditable 28th place out of almost 40 competitors. Pete, Dave, Steve and Dennis were quite pleased with this result as it was their first competitive performance. They look forward to doing even better next time. Jigsaw: the latest quartet from within the chorus, combines youth with experience. David, Steve, John and Gary are learning songs from the dim and distant past as well as contemporary numbers, for fun and pleasure.
